The following posts will be a review in Danish on the book Adm. Dir / CEO but I will seek to bring a brief summary in English in each end of every post to keep all readers informed.

The book is of course focusing on the leadership from CEOs and which key areas that are of the most importance to be a successful CEO.

Title: Head of Trade Department - Legal Affairs (Attorney-at-Law from August 2008) and negotiator at the Federation of Danish Textile & Clothing.

Education: University of Aarhus - School of Law, 2005.

Areas of practice: Commercial law, Contracts, Intellectual property rights, IT law (including conflicts regarding domain names), sports law.

Especially focused on mediation and negotiation - theory and practice and court pleadings.

Other activities:
Former 5 years background in the lawyer industry (Johan Schlüter law firm)

Chairman of the board of directors of the IT company A Close Shave ApS.

Former Board Member, Secretary and Cashier of the Danish Sports Law Association.

Former appointed as Arbitrator for the Czech Arbitration Court (appointed secretariat) regarding the .eu Alternative Dispute Resolution - having served also as president of a 3-member panel.

Teaching at University of Aarhus - School of Law, Law of Property, especially the Danish Contracts Act and Danish Sale of Goods Act (2006-2007).

From autumn 2007 teaching at the same University on Master´s Level in the course: Legal Negotiation - Theory and Practice.

Hereto teaching at a.o. the Federation of Danish Textile & Clothing, the Danish Patent and Trademark Office, lecturer at the European Sports Academy in Germany, compere at the NORDIC IP seminar 2006.
